With one of the best soil regions in the country, it is an excellent location for growing the Arabica variety coffee plant. The high altitude climate, pristine waters and rich volcanic soil are the perfect combination for the best coffee in the world. Every year from April to July hundreds of coffee workers meet to harvest the precious fruit.
