With one of the best soil regions in the country, it is an excellent location for growing the Arabica variety coffee plant. Every year from April to July hundreds of coffee workers meet to harvest the precious fruit.
Only the large and healthy beans with a deep cherry-red color are selected. Under the peel, the red cherry beans have a most exquisite sweet taste.
